  What you'll learn: 
  To use tools and techniques like 'Process Mapping', 'Spaghetti Diagrams', and the '8 Wastes of Lean' to help analyse and improve workflows.

  Designing Improvement Together: Creativity Rules!

  New ideas, endless opportunities but which one to start with? We take you from brainstorming through to finding that winning idea.

  The fundamentals of service design, how to facilitate idea generation workshops, appraise ideas and solutions to select an idea to test.

  Measure Up: Using data to drive quality Improvement

  Data is king in QI, learn how to use data for improvement in this masterclass, where we try and make data fun… or at least less scary!   

  What you'll learn: 
  The basics of different data methods, data quality and how to establish meaningful measures to track the impact of changes.

  People: The heart of change

  The solution to sustainable, impactful change… is people. Understand how we all need to collectively work together to continuously improve and become change-makers in this masterclass. 

  Learn about: 
  The 'Change Equation' – the key formula for change. Understand the motivations, fears and needs to connect and engage our stakeholders and us in changes.

  Jump into QI with us...

  

  Face-to-Face QI SkillUp Programme

  Join us for a deeper dive into QI. This is a richer learning opportunity covering all the contents of each Masterclass, delivered in person. Discover how to start, implement, and evaluate changes. Apply theory into practice with this modular course which covers the fundamental aspects of QI.

  You'll learn how to apply the Think QI model in your work environment, to understand the key methodologies in improvement and how to use improvement tools and approaches to:  

  • Identify, analyse and improve processes
  • Use data to inform improvement opportunities
  • Design changes inclusively with others
  • Understand the impact of change on people and initiate successful engagement
  • Evaluate changes and continue improvements
    
    

  This course includes a block of 4 days of in-person training sessions, access to online resources and support, and a certificate of completion.
