Survey Analysis - What did you tell us?

Our recent Career Planning and Peer Network Groups surveys have come to a close, and we have analysed the results. Find out survey feedback reports below:

Career Pathways

Following feedback received in the surveys that went out, we are aware that not everyone feels clear about what career paths are available here at CCS. It can be tricky to figure out what training or qualifications you might need and where to find them, despite the great support available.

To help with this, our workstream is kicking off the development of SLT Career Pathways. These visual aids will give you a clear picture of the different career paths you can explore. We're still working on them, but we already have a couple of examples from Dental and MSK that are ready to check out.

Stay tuned for more updates as we roll this out!

Common requests

A common request from the surveys was for more information about the resources available within the Trust that will support your career development. There are various options available in CCS, such as Apprenticeships, Training Opportunities, Coaching and Mentoring that could help with your development needs.

You can find detailed information about these opportunities by visiting the dedicated staff intranet pages.

The Training & Education Team also offer webinars for anyone interested in career development discussions. Upcoming sessions are:

  • 10th October, 14:00-16:00
  • 5th December, 14:00-16:00

For links to join or to arrange a 1:1 discussion, please get in touch with the Training and Education team. Also on offer is interview skills support.

They’re happy to support your individual development needs!
