What is the QI showcase?
It's a space designed to celebrate and share your quality improvements, innovations, and change ideas across Cambridgeshire Community Services (CCS).
QI Showcase aims to foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation. By showcasing work undertaken by our teams, we not only celebrate achievements but also inspire others to push their boundaries and explore new avenues for improvement. This initiative provides a unique opportunity for cross-functional teams to connect, share insights, and promote a collective sense of pride in our accomplishments.
Get Involved!
We encourage each and every one of you to get involved. Whether you have a quality improvement project in mind or want to support your colleagues, your active participation is key to making this initiative a success. Together, we can elevate the quality of our work and contribute to our organisation’s overarching success.
We want to keep the sessions short and snappy, therefore, we will have no more than 3 presentations at each 30-minute showcase.
All QI Showcases will take place over MS Teams and diary invites will have been sent out to you. If you are missing the link then please contact us.
