  The centralised access in Norfolk for 0-25yr old mental health support is one easy single point of access for children, young people, families and professionals to a wider range of emotional and mental health services enabling the right support at the right time with the right person.

• Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDD) Pathway Redesign - CYP Trust wide

  Working alongside system partners on a sustainable Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDD) service offer that focuses on implementing a needs-led approach. This will ensure children, young people, and families receive timely support by the most appropriate people with and without diagnosis.

• Re-designing Speech and Language Therapy Services - CYP Trust wide

  Enhancing speech and language therapy services by developing a consistent model, taking the best practices from our three areas, and working together to address challenges. This includes looking at the access in to our service, training and resources for early years settings, schools, parents and carers and so much more.

  Developing a Trust wide consistent Healthy Child Service model. This includes improving mandated contact performance, creating a sustainable workforce model, providing common principles for service delivery and addressing health inequalities.

• Virtual Wards

  Creating virtual bed capacity supports Respiratory, Frailty and Cardiology patients receiving care at home. This includes either preventing avoidable admissions into the hospital or supporting early discharge out of the hospital. Forging strong partnerships with NHS organisations across Bedfordshire is key to the success of this project.
