What is Think QI?

It's a simple three step approach developed by Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust to support continuous improvement and change of any size. The cycle involves three stages: Deep Dive, Design and Deliver, with a further step Evolve, dedicated to continuous review.

Start your Quality Improvement Journey here!

It is informed by industry and NHS improvement methodologies, using tried and tested tools and resources.

  • Have an idea for a change that will make a difference?
  • Wonder if things could be done more efficiently, saving valuable time?
  • Need to make improvements because of an audit, complaint or incident?

Think QI has got you covered! Sometimes we all need a little help or inspiration to reframe a problem or channel our energy in a positive direction.
