We Work Flexibly

At CCS we recognise the importance for all staff to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. We have a higher than average number of staff who work on part time contracts and even more who have flexible working patterns. Every member of staff has the right to request flexible working from day one of their employment.

Our flexible working practices include:

  • Job share
  • Term time only
  • Compressed hours
  • Bank

When considering flexible working requests, we will always weigh up any impact it could have on:

  • Service user and staff experience
  • Service delivery
  • Work-life balance of other staff
