Staff Networks
Our 
staff networks play an important role in raising awareness about diversities and creating a welcoming environment for all staff and service users.
The networks enable staff to meet and discuss matters that are important to them and to put forward suggestions to the Trust about initiatives they would like to see adopted. Most importantly, the networks give staff the opportunity to get involved and to learn more about each other and the challenges their colleagues face.
You do not have to be a member of the community represented by the staff network in order to join - you can join as an ally, to lend your support to their cause and to learn more about the issues they are experiencing.
