• Everyone is an individual

  Whilst there is commonality with neurodiverse conditions, it is important that we remember that everyone is an individual, with their own experiences of their condition. They have their own perspectives on how aspects of their condition are a positive in the skills they bring, and what does and does not help them with living with their neurodiversity.  

• Sharing knowledge and experiences

  By sharing knowledge and experiences we can all widen our understanding and knowledge to hopefully maximise the skills of staff with neurodiverse conditions and better support staff within our organisation.

  If you have a neurodiverse need, we are here to help.  Let us know when you are applying for a job if you require additional support at application or interview stage and once you are in post, we can support you and your manager in making any adjustments that will make sure your working life is not affected by your needs.
